Motorsports Legend Travis Pastrana Returns to NASCAR with BRUNT Workwear

BRUNT Workwear, the fastest growing work boot and apparel company for trade workers in the U.S., announces the return of motorsports icon and 11-time X Games gold medalist Travis Pastrana to NASCAR. To mark BRUNT and Pastrana’s second full year of partnership, Pastrana will race in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series season-opening Fresh From Florida 250 at Daytona International Speedway on February 13th, 2026 with BRUNT as his primary sponsor in the No. 42 Niece Motorsports Chevrolet.

Held annually at Daytona International Speedway during Speedweeks, the Fresh From Florida 250 is a 100-lap, 250-mile event, known for its thrilling drafting, aggressive driving, lead changes, and frequent multi-truck incidents. Pastrana joins the Niece Motorsports team for this year’s race, with whom he has had multiple high-profile appearances in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series, including most recently at Daytona in 2023, where he finished in 11th place.

“I’m excited to get back on the track in Daytona with BRUNT Workwear and Niece Motorsports,” says Pastrana. “This is my first NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series race since 2023, so it will be fun to get behind the wheel again and see what we can do. It’s great to work with BRUNT for the first time in NASCAR. They’ve been an amazing partner, getting behind all the good times and bad ideas we cook up at Pastranaland, and keeping myself and the Channel 199 crew safe and comfortable while we do it - expanding that partnership to the racetrack was a no-brainer and a great opportunity for all of us.”

Like Pastrana, BRUNT Workwear is no stranger to NASCAR and the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series, having sponsored driver Mason Massey in both stock car and truck racing events with multiple teams since 2021. Expanding their presence in the sport with Travis Pastrana and Niece Motorsports has been a long time coming.

“We’ve been talking about making this happen ever since we started working with Travis,” said Eric Girouard, Founder & CEO of BRUNT Workwear. “If something has wheels and an engine, chances are Travis drives it better than most. He’s a motor and action sports legend that embodies BRUNT’s commitment to celebrating hard work and grit, and we can’t wait to see him in the BRUNT Truck at Daytona.”

“Travis and I first worked together at Roush back in 2013, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to see that relationship continue into the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series with Niece Motorsports,” adds Cody Efaw, CEO of Niece Motorsports. “Travis is one of the most genuine people you’ll ever meet, and we’re thrilled to welcome BRUNT Workwear to the Niece Motorsports family. Their brand is a natural fit for who we are and what we do, and we’re excited to take the green flag together at Daytona.”

Pastrana’s return to the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series with BRUNT Workwear and Niece Motorsports at the Fresh From Florida 250 will air live on Fox Sports 1 from Daytona International Speedway starting at 7:30 p.m. ET.Story

BMR Announces Lineup For Season Opener

Bill McAnally Racing is heading to the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West season opener at Phoenix International Raceway with a lineup of drivers that includes three-time series champion Eric Holmes, 2010 NASCAR Canadian Tire Series Champion DJ Kennington, three-time NASCAR K&N Pro Series West Most Popular Driver Moses Smith and action sports star and NASCAR newcomer Travis Pastrana.

They will be competing in the 3 Amigos Organic Blanco “100” on Thursday, Feb. 24, at PIR.

Holmes is looking to make it two-for-two at the spring race at PIR, hoping to repeat his win of a year ago in the No. 20 NAPA AUTO PARTS Toyota Camry.

Kennington will be in the No. 12 Castrol Edge/Northern Provincial Pipeline Toyota Camry. The St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada resident had five wins in 2010, all coming on ovals. He finished on the podium in second place in the 2011 NASCAR Toyota All-Star Showdown in January.

Coming off a career-best season, Smith would like nothing better than record his first series win in front of his home-town crowd. The veteran driver from Bill McAnally Racing returns to drive the No 16 Hasa Pool Products Toyota Camry.

NAPA Filters will return strongly in 2011, continuing their 13 year partnership, while sharing exposure on the No.16 Toyota with Hasa throughout the year.

Through a partnership, BMR and Pastrana-Waltrip Racing have worked together to get Pastrana his first visit as a NASCAR driver to PIR to gain valuable seat time. He is driving the No. 99 Boost Mobile Toyota Camry. The car coming out of Pastrana Waltrip Racing’s 2010 Nationwide fleet, was prepared by BMR and will be manned by team members from Pastrana-Waltrip Racing and BMR led by crew chief Mike Greci.

Pastrana, who who later this year will make his debut in the NASCAR Nationwide Series for Pastrana Waltrip Racing, recently made his NASCAR debut at the Toyota All-Star Showdown in Irwindale, Calif., where he finished sixth.

The Phoenix race will be televised on SPEED Channel. Check your local listings for date and time. The event will also be covered with lap-by-lap coverage on the NASCAR Home Tracks website.
