Series at Daytona International Speedway on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2020. (Kyle Zedaker/ARCA Racing)

NASCAR and Daytona International Speedway announced a new twist to the storied, high-banked tri-oval/infield road course with the addition of a chicane at the exit of the NASCAR turn four that will provide competitors with yet another passing zone. The new chicane now creates a 14-turn, 3.61-mile layout (from the 3.56-mile/12 turn) on the storied DAYTONA Road Course, which, for the first time in history, will play host to NASCAR’s three top national series, along with the ARCA Menards Series

The General Tire 100 at the DAYTONA Road Course (5 p.m., MAVTV / TrackPass / MRN) will be the 12th race of the ARCA Menards Series. Road course races tend to bring out new faces to the series, and the ARCA Menards Series is no different.

Canadian Andrew Ranger, a three-time NASCAR Pinty’s Series champion, is the only driver to win more than one ARCA Menards road course race. He dropped in and swept the events at New Jersey Motorsports Park from 2011-14. Ranger won four of his five road-course starts in the series including his 2011 debut at New Jersey.

Parker Chase hopes to follow in Ranger’s ‘Tire Tracks.’ Chad Bryant Racing announced Parker, 19, will pilot the team’s No. 22 VerticalBridge/Enertech Resources Ford. The Texas native, who has driven several late model events for the team as a development diver, is coming off his first IMSA podium in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge Series at Wisconsin’s Road America. Chase also competed on Kyle Busch’s team in the 2020 Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona in IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship in the GTD Series.

ARCA’s first road course race was October 19, 1958 at Meadowdale International Raceway outside of Chicago, Illinois. Fred Lorenzen was the winner. Meadowdale held two more races, in 1960 and 1964, won by Nelson Stacy and Elmer Musgrave, respectively.

Other winners include:
  • Ken Schrader (Heartland Park),
  • Darrell Waltrip (Heartland Park)
  • Jack Bowsher (Mid-Ohio)
  • Justin Allgaier (New Jersey)
  • Patrick Long (New Jersey)
  • Casey Roderick (New Jersey)
  • Kyle Weatherman (New Jersey)
  • Parker Kligerman (New Jersey)
  • Justin Marks (Palm Beach International)
  • Chris Buescher (Road America)
  • AustinTheriault (Road America)
  • Bob Schacht (St. Louis International)
  • Scott Lagasse (Streets of Des Moines)
  • Curtis Turner (Virginia International Raceway)
  • John Finger (Watkins Glen).

Justin Marks won the only ARCA Menards Series road course race in the rain, in 2010 at Palm Beach.

Venturini Motorsports driver, Michael Self's win at Salem came earlier this year. #ARCA

The Kentuckiana Ford Dealers Fall Classic 200 will be the second visit the ARCA Menards Series will make at Salem Speedway in 2019, and the 106th time in series history dating back to Jack Harrison’s win on October 9, 1955.

Sixty-three drivers have won ARCA Menards Series races at Salem. Frank Kimmel leads all drivers with nine, followed by Jack Bowsher with seven, Les Snow, Ramo Stott, and Tim Steele each have four, Jack Harrison, Andy Hampton, Bruce Gould, Dave Dayton, and Tom Hessert III each have three, Bobby Watson, Benny Parsons, Ron Hutcherson, Bob Strait, Ken Schrader, Justin Allgaier, Grant Enfinger, and Christopher Bell all have a pair of wins.

Single-race winners at Salem include Herschel White, Troy Ruttman, Nelson Stacy, Don White, Dick Freeman, Earl Balmer, Jim Cushman, Butch Hartman, Elmer Davis, Roy Wathen, Iggy Katona, Bobby Allison, A. Arnold, Lamarr Marshall, Moose Myers, Brad Malcuit, Marvin Smith, Bob Keselowski, Larry Moore, Bob Brevak, Bob Schacht, Scott Neal, Tobey Butler, Bill Baird, Tracy Leslie, Jason Jarrett, Chad Blount, Joey Miller, Billy Venturini, Blake Bjorklund, Brian Keselowski, Patrick Sheltra, Justin Lofton, Steve Arpin, Dakoda Armstrong, Brennan Poole, Chris Buescher, Alex Bowman, Kyle Benjamin, Dalton Sargeant, Austin Theriault, Christian Eckes, Chandler Smith, and Michael Self.

With the dirt races in the mirror, current ARCA Menards Series Points leader Michael Self (No. 25 Sinclair Oil Toyota) turns back to short-track asphalt racing for the ARCA Menards Series 107th race at the abrasive, high-banked and high-speed half-mile Salem Speedway. This will be Self’s third start at Salem. His win at the track came during the spring earlier this year.

Michael Self is Salem Speedway Most Recent #ARCA Winner (April 14, 2019)
Michael Self is Salem Speedway Most Recent ARCA Winner (April 14, 2019)

“I’ve only run Salem twice, but I think it’s one of my most favorite short tracks that I’ve ever raced at. The track has as much character as anywhere with it’s ultra-abrasive and bumpy surface, it’s a handful to drive just to begin with. It always takes a few laps to get re-acclimated to Salem just because it’s so much rougher than anywhere else we go, but that kind of makes it fun. You really have to be on top of your game both mentally and physically. We had a phenomenal Sinclair Oil Toyota here in the Spring, and even though we’re bringing the same car back, it’s going to be warmer and track conditions will probably be different this time around so I’m sure we’ll have some adaptation and work to do, but I’m looking forward to getting back on this track under the lights.” Michael Self

Custer Wins Xfinity Series & Dash for Cash; Truex Jr. Victorious in Cup Short Track; Self Nabs Wet ARCA Win

After losing the lead to Austin Cindric on a restart with 26 laps left, Custer regained the top spot on Lap 231 of 250 and pulled away for his second victory of the season. In a race that dodged a persistent threat of rain, Custer crossed the finish line 2.639 seconds ahead of Cindric.

Not only did Custer win for the fourth time in his career—and for the first time on a short track—but he also claimed the $100,000 Xfinity Dash 4 Cash bonus that goes to the highest finisher of four eligible contenders.

“We had a great car,” Custer said. “(Crew chief Mike Shiplett) made great adjustments as it went… This one means a lot. We hadn’t had a short-track win yet. We’ve struggled a lot at short tracks, but this helps

“A lot of my friends give me crap for being bad at this place, but I finally won, so I’ve got a little bit of bragging rights there, so that’s night. I’m just so happy. Two wins—that’s pretty awesome.”

Saturday night’s victory in the Toyota Owners 400 at Richmond Raceway was a first for Martin Truex Jr.—and more of the same for Joe Gibbs Racing.

Truex won his first Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race on a short track in his 81st try and in the process picked up his first victory with Joe Gibbs Racing since moving from now-defunct Furniture Row Racing between seasons.

At the same time, Truex gave JGR its third straight victory in NASCAR’s top series and sixth in nine races this season. Joey Logano finished .178 seconds behind the race winner, as Gibbs and Team Penske maintained their stranglehold on the premier division. Penske drivers Logano and Brad Keselowski triumphed in the three races JGR hasn’t won.

“It means a lot to break through, especially here at Richmond,” said Truex, who won for the first time this season and the 20th time in his career. “I’ve always really enjoyed this track. I’ve always loved coming here. The short track win–everybody kept asking me when it was going to happen.

Michael Self (No. 25 Sinclair Lubricants Toyota) scored his second consecutive ARCA Menards Series victory in Sunday’s rain-shortened Kentuckiana Ford Dealers 200 at Salem Speedway. Self started fourth, took the lead at lap 27 and from there he dominated until Mother Nature intervened at lap 98.

“I owe all of this to my Venturini Motorsports guys,” Self said in a makeshift victory celebration. “We knew yesterday we were going to have a good racecar. We didn’t have a lot of qualifying speed but we knew once the race started, especially if it was cool and cloudy, that we’d be good.”

Michael Self Ready to Take Care of Unfinished Business at Chicagoland

Michael Self Ready to Take Care of Unfinished Business at Chicagoland
Michael Self Ready to Take Care of Unfinished Business at Chicagoland #ARCA
This year’s Daytona winner, Michael Self, will travel to the Windy City for his next scheduled ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards start on Thursday, June 28 at Chicagoland Speedway.

Self, 27, once again flying the Sinclair Oil colors on the side of his Venturini Motorsports prepared Toyota Camry, looks to redeem last year’s heartbreaking finish at Chicago. In last season’s event, Self, who led-29 laps, had a commanding lead and was just 10 laps away from victory when he cut a right-front tire ending his chances.

Self’s misfortunes last fall opened the door for VMS’ Christopher Bell who went on to win the event in dramatic fashion.

“Redemption is definitely on my mind,” says Self as he reflected on last year’s race outcome.

“Partly still from where I made a mistake at Charlotte earlier this year, and more so at Chicagoland, specifically, after dominating the late part of last year’s race only to lose it by blowing a right front tire with 10 laps to go. I love the track. It’s arguably my favorite intermediate, so I’m excited to get back and see if we can pick up where we left off back in September.”

Michael Self Ready to Take Care of Unfinished Business at Chicagoland #ARCA

A two-time winner on tour, Self has made fourteen-career ARCA Series starts since making his debut in 2014. Thursday’s midweek race marks the second time in his career which the 27-year old driver will compete on Chicagoland’s 1.5 mile tri-oval surface.

“The track is really unique. It’s curved the whole way around, it’s rough, it has multiple grooves, and that’s what I love about it. You can run the bottom, middle, or right up next to the wall, and the track constantly changes throughout the night. It forces you to be on top of your game as a driver.”

Self, a native of Park City, UT, has earned two series wins, nine top-five’s and nine top-10’s during his ARCA driving career. He also earned his first career pole position earlier this year at Talladega Superspeedway.

Prior to the ARCA event Michael Self will be appearing and signing autographs at the 17th Annual Race Fan Rally located in downtown Joliet, Illinois. Michael is scheduled to appear from 6:00-8:30pm.

The SCOTT 150 will be live on Fox Sports 1 on Thursday beginning at 9:00 PM ET. Arcaracing.com will have live timing and scoring for all on-track activities from Chicagoland.

Some Drivers to Watch

Michael Self
Arca Series Points Leader

Michael Self
On February 10th, Self took home not only his fourth win in his last five races, but also the biggest win of his career when he took the No. 15 Sinclair Oil Toyota Camry to victory lane in the 2018 ARCA Racing Series season opener at Daytona International Speedway. The win marked Self’s second career ARS victory, and was his second win in a row in the series after he won the 2017 season finale at Kansas Speedway.

Tonight, Michael will take the wheel of the No. 55 Sinclair Oil Toyota Camry at the historic Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville. This will be Self’s first visit to the half-mile track which opened in 1904. Self enters the weekend leading the ARCA Racing Series Championship point standings.

“After getting to test at Nashville last week I’m excited to get back for the race. The track has a lot of character and racers always talk about how much they love to actually race there, so I’m looking forward to that. We had a decent test in the No. 55 Sinclair Oil Toyota Camry which should give us a good starting point on Saturday, but I know we have some work to do, too. We’re going to have to put a huge focus on the balance of our racecar and make sure we can save tires on the abrasive surface. Frank (Kimmel) has some experience at Nashville and Kevin Reed has been very successful there in the past, so I’m hoping to lean on both of them and work together with everyone at Venturini Motorsports to try and keep our momentum going.”

Wayne Peterson
Seventy-Nine Years Young

Wayne Peterson
Wayne Peterson has been a fixture on the ARCA Racing Series tour for decades as both a car owner and driver. One of the most respected ARCA members in the garage, Wayne is a decorated war veteran, serving in several tours of duty during the Vietnam War. As was rare to the Vietnam era, Peterson was not drafted; he enlisted.

Since his service he has fielded cars for dozens of drivers in the ARCA ranks over the years, including the Dodge that James Swanson drove to a 9th place championship points finish in 2014. Wayne also finished a career-best 15th and 16th in car owner championship standings in 2014, and 19th in 2015.

Natalie Decker
Partners-People Against Distracted Driving (PADD)

Natalie Decker
Coming off a career best fifth-place finish in the season opener at Daytona two months ago, rookie Natalie Decker is more than ready for the Music City 200 at Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville Saturday night.

Decker, in the midst of running her first full ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards schedule, will be back behind the wheel of the Venturini Motorsports No. 25 Capital Partners-People Against Distracted Driving (PADD) Toyota Camry.

Saturday night’s 200-lap event will be the Wisconsin native’s first-ever start at the historic half-mile fairgrounds track.

“I’m excited to get back in the car at Nashville,” said Decker. “This is a season of many firsts for me as I compete in my first full season in the ARCA Series. Nashville, like Daytona and many more tracks to come, will be all new experiences. I’m putting a lot of work into preparing as much as I can for the long season ahead."

Thad Moffitt
Another Petty Looming on the Racing Horizon

Thad Moffitt
Richard Petty Motorsports (RPM) development driver Thad Moffitt, grandson of seven-time Cup champion Richard Petty, will make his fourth ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards start this weekend, in the Petty Blue No. 46 at the legendary Fairgrounds Speedway in Nashville, Tennessee. Moffitt, 17, comes into the 200-lap race more prepared than ever in his young career. He competed in three ARCA races in 2017, progressively improving each time, coming away with a career-best 11th-place finish at Lucas Oil Raceway.

"We were one lap away from a top-10 in Indianapolis," said Moffitt about his last ARCA start. "We had a great race, but I think I had more confidence after racing both Nashville and Toledo in the ARCA Racing Series. I just learned a lot last year and feel that I can use that knowledge this weekend coming back to the Fairgrounds Speedway."

Venturini Motorsports Night Was Close to Perfect

Venturini Motorsports Night Was Close to Perfect

Michael Self Wins Lucas Oil 200 Driven by General Tire in Double Overtime

Did you watch the Arca Race last night? The finish to the Lucas Oil 200 Driven by General Tire was a nail biter. It also required a bit of patience on the fans part due to two lengthy red flag delays. However, the wait was worth it as Venturini Motorsports driver Michael Self took the checkered flag last night at Daytona International Speedway

Venturini Motorsports driver Michael Self took the checkered flag last night at Daytona International Speedway.

Venturini Motorsports had four drivers in the field and the team made an impressive 2018 debut.

The dominance started with Natalie Decker. In her first attempt at Daytona, the Eagle River, Wisconsin rookie qualified with a top speed of 181.859 mph in her No. 25 Venturini Motorsports-prepared N29 Capital Partners – Yamaha Power Products Toyota Camry to win Pole.

"My goodness…it was crazy. My spotter (Eddie D'Hondt) talked the whole time. I told him to talk to me a lot. He told me to hold it on the yellow line and that's what I did. He sent me a big long text last night and it helped so much. Thanks to Dave (Leiner/crew chief), Billy (Venturini), Toyota and everyone at Venturini Motorsports for giving me this opportunity and continued support. We’ve put together a great team!”

Ms. Decker backed up her pole position start with a respectable top-five race finish.

Salt Lake City, Utah's Michael Self, in the No. 15 Venturini Motorsports-prepared Sinclair Lubricants Toyota only led one lap of the race. However, it was the lap that mattered. Self jumped out to a 10-length advantage in overtime to win the wild ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards Lucas Oil 200 Driven by General Tire Saturday night at Daytona Int'l Speedway.

"Survived man…just survived," said Self in victory lane having maneuvered around two late-race multi-car crashes to get in position for the biggest win of his career.

"I got really lucky. I made it through all the wrecks. This thing is rough…it's beat up. I made some mistakes, but we were able to overcome them. I had a lot of help on the radio…that's why we're here. This is especially great for Sinclair. It's insane how rewarding this feels. That company took a chance on me. They're from my home state, and that's really special."

With the leaders bunched up the entire way, even Self had no idea how he managed to drive away from the pack in the end.

"I have no idea how we got that big lead…I really don't. The car just took off. I was worried going down the backstretch…all those cars behind me with all that momentum. Those guys just seemed to stall each other out behind me."

Venturini Motorsports teammates Tom Hessert III and Leilani Munter finished fourth and eighth respectively.

The next event for the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards is the Music City 200 at Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville Saturday night, April 7.

Michael Self, Sinclair Oil Partner with Venturini Motorsports for 2018 ARCA Season

Michael Self, Sinclair Oil Partner with Venturini Motorsports for 2018 ARCA Season
Michael Self, with returning sponsorship from Sinclair Oil Corporation, has officially announced a partnership with long-time ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards fixture, Venturini Motorsports (VMS), for the upcoming 2018 racing season.
Veteran driver

Self, 27, who made his ARCA Series debut with VMS in 2014, returns to the Toyota-backed team for 10 races in 2018, beginning with the highly anticipated season-opener at Daytona International Speedway on Feb. 10.

“I couldn’t be more excited to return to the ARCA Racing Series in 2018 with Sinclair Oil and Venturini Motorsports,” said Self. “I think we’ve aligned several prominent forces both on and off the track for this program, and that gives me a lot of confidence as we prepare for Daytona. I’m proud of the results Sinclair and I had in the six ARCA races that we did together last year, especially getting to Victory Lane at Kansas Speedway, and I’m excited to build on that this year. Sinclair Oil has given me some amazing opportunities to race competitively, and by pairing them with the Toyota-backed Venturini Motorsports team, I believe those opportunities will only be greater, as will our presence with the fans.”

The Park City, Utah native Self was selected to pilot the team’s Toyota Camry for a partial series schedule.

2018 Race Schedule:

  1.  February 10th - Daytona International Speedway
  2. April 7th - Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway
  3. April 27th - Talladega Superspeedway
  4. May 24th - Charlotte Motor Speedway
  5. June 8th - Michigan International Speedway
  6. June 28th - Chicagoland Speedway
  7. July 7th - Iowa Speedway
  8.  September 7th - Lucas Oil Raceway Park
  9.  September 15th - Salem Speedway
  10. October 19th - Kansas Speedway

“Michael (Self) is a professional in every sense of the word,” said team owner Billy Venturini. “He’s a great addition to our organization and I have high expectations for him this coming season.”

With nine career ARCA starts to his credit, Self broke through in 2017 earning his first series victory during the season finale at Kansas Speedway. During his ARCA career, Self has notched one win, five top-fives and five top-10 finishes. In 2017, Self also competed in 13 NASCAR K&N Pro Series West events where he earned two victories, seven top-five and 13 top-10 finishes.

“We couldn’t be more excited to partner with Michael Self again in 2018,” said Jack Barger, VP of Marketing with Sinclair Oil. “Michael’s consistently strong performance in 2017 and the renewed partnership with Toyota and Venturini Motorsports creates an exciting platform for this ARCA season.”

The newly formed partnership between Self, Sinclair Oil and Venturini Motorsports also offers nostalgic value for both team and sponsor. The Venturini family’s long history of operating gas stations in the Midwest and Southeast started when the late Tony Venturini purchased the rights to his first gas station – a Sinclair Oil Service Station – which he owned and operated in Chicago between 1946-1970.

Following in his father’s footsteps, Bill Venturini Sr. continued the family tradition of racing and working in the gasoline business – owning and operating his own service stations until 2004.

“In over 40 years of racing I can’t recall another sponsor coming through our doors in which I’ve felt this strong of emotional connection with,” said team and family patriarch Bill Venturini Sr.

“Having Sinclair Oil with Michael Self join our program means the world to me. It brings back so many great memories of my childhood. My first time in the seat of any car was racing around the gas pumps at my dad’s Sinclair Oil Service Station in my go-kart which he owned when he started his racing career in the 1950’s. The Sinclair brand has always been special to me and our family.”

Michael Self Wins His First ARCA Event

Michael Self Wins His First ARCA Event

Race Weekend Information

  • Event: Kansas 150
  • Track: Kansas Speedway
  • Series: ARCA Racing Series Presented by Menards
  • Winning Driver: Michael Self
    • Car: No. 28 Sinclair Oil Chevrolet SS
    • Team: MDM Motorsports

Michael Self Wins His First #ARCA Event

On October 14th, Michael Self drove his No. 9 Sunrise Ford Ford Fusion to victory at All American Speedway in Roseville, California, competing in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West. The victory was Self’s second win in a row, and eighth in his NKNPSW career.

Six days later, Self piloted his No. 28 Sinclair Oil Chevrolet for the final time this season, competing in the ARCA Racing Series (ARS) season finale at Kansas Speedway with MDM Motorsports.

Michael had only one prior start at Kansas Speedway in the ARS at last year’s event; in which he finished third.

Michael Self Wins His First #ARCA Event
Before the race Self assertively proclaimed “I’m definitely excited about this one. I’ve been really fortunate and built some great momentum lately over on the K&N side of things, winning back-to-back races, so I’m hoping I can bring that with me this weekend. I’ve been so close to an ARCA win this year, I just haven’t been able to finish one off. I really like racing at the big tracks, and had a decent run at Kansas last year with the MDM group finishing third, so hopefully we can build off that. This is my last race in the Sinclair car for the time being so just really hoping we can go in and put on a good show for them and fans of the Sinclair car, and try and get it in to victory lane one more time.”

In keeping with his forecast and in an impressive manner, Self fought for the lead in the last restart of the race. He was not to be denied as he made himself the meat in the middle of a five-wide sandwich and barely squeezed through as the leader off turn two. From there the Salt Lake City, Utah driver held off a spirited charge from Ty Majeski to win the Kansas 150 Friday night, his career-first ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards victory.

"I knew it was going to get hairy…I just kept my foot in it," said Self. "Once we got out in clean air, it was all about hitting your marks."

Self had some help from Kyle Larson's spotter, Derek Kneeland, when it came to hitting those marks.

"Once I got the lead, Derek came on the radio and said, 'listen to me. I want you to do exactly what I tell you to do.' I did exactly what he said and we were able to pull away from the 99. It's amazing how much a good spotter can help."

In the end Self, in the No. 28 Sinclair Oil Chevrolet, pulled away, crossing under the checkered flag 10 lengths in front of Majeski, who finished a career-best second in the No. 99 Treeo's Ford.

Michael Self’s MDM Motorsports’ teammates Sheldon Creed, driving the No. 12 United Rentals/A.M. Ortega Construction Toyota and Zane Smith, driving the No. 41 ICON Vehicle Dynamics Toyota finished nineteenth and third correspondingly.

Michael Self Wins the #KNWest Race From Pole

Michael Self Wins the K&N Pro Series Race From Pole

Self Dominates at All American Speedway

Race Weekend Information
  • Date: Saturday, October 14, 2017
  • Event: Toyota/NAPA Auto Parts 150 presented by TriCo Welding Supply
  • Track: All American Speedway
  • Series: NASCAR K&N Pro Series West
  • Driver: Michael Self
  • Car: No. 9 Sunrise Ford Ford Fusion
  • Team: Sunrise Ford Racing
  • Crew Chief: Jeff Schrader

On September 30th, Self made his way to victory lane for the first time since 2013 in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West driving the No. 9 Sinclair Oil Ford Fusion at the .25-mile Meridian Speedway, in Meridian, Idaho. The win marked the seventh of Self’s career in NASCAR K&N Pro Series competition.

However, it did not take long for the young driver to capture his next 2017 victory.

Before the driver from Salt Lake City, Utah, returned to the third-mile All American Speedway in Roseville, CA, he had some trepidation.

I’m a little undecided on how I feel going in to this weekend. Despite being the track I learned how to race stock cars on back when I was driving late models, it’s plagued me in the K&N cars. I got a few wins here back in the late model days, but my luck in the big cars has just been absolutely terrible despite being fast. There have been times when I’ve had a dominant car here, but been wrecked by lapped traffic, or cut a tire, or had something go wrong. Regardless of all that, we’re coming off a huge win at Meridian a few weeks which I’m still pumped up about, and I’m looking forward to trying to finish this season with the Sunrise Ford guys out on a high note. It’s been awesome getting to know all those guys, and to have the opportunity to grow and now capture a win with them.”

As it turned out, Michael’s Roseville jinx was not present last Saturday.

Fastest in practice and the Coors Light Pole Award winner, Self-led 137 laps en route to his second straight K&N Pro Series West win. After losing the lead on the initial start, he reclaimed it on Lap 13 and never looked back, as he crossed the finish line 2.946 seconds ahead of eventual second-place finisher Todd Gilliland.

"That's the best short track car I've ever run right there," Self said. "When you come to these places, you gotta have a car that turns in the center really good, but also has drive off the corners and doesn't get loose on you. That's the ultimate challenge on a short track, and we had both here tonight. That's so, so rare. The car was so good, and never had any fall off, and that's what you look for. Keeping the balance in the car every lap was the most important thing, and we were able to stretch it out."
