Two of the most renowned and admired personalities in the Christian Faith Community – Chris Tomlin and Max Lucado – and the former lead singer for country music supergroup Rascal Flatts, Gary LeVox, will headline a spectacular Easter celebration service at Bristol Motor Speedway prior to the start of the much-anticipated Food City Dirt Race it was announced by BMS officials.
- THIS EVENT IS FREE and does NOT require a ticket to the race to see and participate in the event
- The Easter celebration will begin at 4 p.m. (ET) on Sunday, April 17 on a stage in the fan midway area outside the stadium near the E Parking lot between the Green and Orange bridges
- Lucado will provide the main message during the service, Tomlin will perform several of his hit songs
- A variety of speakers from the NASCAR industry will make appearances, highlighted by team owner Joe Gibbs and the Motor Racing Outreach (MRO) chaplain
- LeVox, who is now pursuing a solo career in the Christian genre, will perform during the Easter Celebration and also sing the National Anthem during pre-race ceremonies for the Food City Dirt Race.
