The Kyle Petty Charity Ride Across America is an annual, cross-country motorcycle ride that travels to raise awareness and funds for Victory Junction, a camp created to enrich the lives of children with chronic or life-threatening medical illnesses. The KPCR is one of the most successful and popular charity rides in the country, and has raised over 1.3 million dollars for charity in 2017.
Message for Kyle Petty
I always say the best way to see the country is from the seat of a motorcycle. The sights, the smells, the colors are more brilliant and everything you see comes alive when you ride. When the Charity Ride began in 1995, we had no idea it would become the huge fundraising event it is today. We were just a bunch of guys riding our Harleys and having a good time! Then we realized we could help others and it became so much more. Today, I’m proud to say we’ve raised over $17.5 million to support Victory Junction and other children’s charities. The Ride Across America is the ultimate motorcycle experience and we’d love for you to join us!
In preparation for the 2018 24th Annual Kyle Petty Charity Ride Across America, retired #NASCAR Driver and current television analyst for NBC, Kyle Petty and his wife Morgan completed a route inspection trip last week.

- Day 1, Saturday, May 13 - Portland, Oregon to Walla Walla, Washington
- Day 2, Sunday, May 14 - Walla Walla, Washington to Missoula, Montana
- Day 3, Monday, May 15 - Missoula, Montana to Cody, Wyoming
- Day 4, Tuesday, May 16 - Cody, Wyoming to Deadwood, South Dakota
- Day 5, Wednesday, May 17 - Deadwood, South Dakota to Mitchell, South Dakota
- Day 6, Thursday, May 18 - Mitchell, South Dakota to Minneapolis, Minnesota
- Day 7, Friday, May 19 - Minneapolis, Minnesota to Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Victory Junction is a benevolent endeavor that is near and dear to NASCAR Race Mom heart. Our family donates monthly. We were even able to tour the facility this year! It is an awesome campus. NRM wishes she could cover the #KPCharityRide ride in person. Nevertheless, check back here in May for daily updates as to this charitable adventure’s progress!
