Along with launching a snazzy new website, Michael has just signed with a new team, JTG Daugherty Racing. He will be racing the #47 Toyota Camry and I believe that the team will be completive rather quickly. Gene Nead will serve as crew chief.

I'm fine with Sprint Cup drivers running a few Nationwide and/or Truck Series races each year, but there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON why they should be competing for (and *WINNING*!!!) the championship! Limit them to 4 or 5 races, and then only for owner's points, and let the up and comers have the track!!
BTW .... GOOO BRENNIE!!! :) Back in the #62, it's gonna be a good year for Brendan Gaughan and Rusty Wallace Racing!!
First off, thank you very much for the follow. Your comment is intriguing; especially the point about owner points only. I could not agree more.
Brendan Gaughan ran with Bill McAnally (New Orleans Racing) and now Moses is with BMR – it is a small world. Go #62 – Best of Luck in 2009.
Congratulations to Michael McDowell for his solid 14th place finish.
Oh and I forgot to mention congratulations to Brendan Gaughan for his 17th place finish.
Michael & Brendan were the two highest ranking rookies in this race.
