The fireworks show schedule for Saturday night is still on schedule. The display begins at 9 p.m.

Due to inclement weather, Monster Mile Movie Night, featuring “Big Hero 6,” has been canceled.


Dover Weather & Schedule Updates #NASCAR

UPDATE: OCT. 1; 4:55 p.m.

Due to Saturday’s inclement weather, the NASCAR XFINITY Series race has been moved to Sunday, Oct. 2 with a 10 a.m. green flag. Gates open at 9:30 a.m.

Anyone with a ticket to either event may enter and remain in the grandstands for both events.

During the time between the NASCAR XFINITY Series race and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race, please be aware that NASCAR Sprint Cup Series ticket holders have priority on reserved seats. If you have reserved NASCAR XFINITY Series tickets, please remember that those seats MAY NOT be available for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race.

If you have tickets to both races in different locations, please make your way to your reserved NASCAR Sprint Cup Series seat location at the completion of the NASCAR XFINITY Series race.

If you have any questions or concerns, please locate the nearest usher or CSC security staff in yellow shirts.

The “Drive Sober 200” presented by the Delaware Office of Highway Safety NASCAR XFINITY Series race has been postponed. The green flag is now scheduled for Sunday at 10 a.m. The race will be televised on CNBC.

The final practice session for the “Citizen Soldier 400” NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race has been canceled. Green flag for the “Drive Sober 200” presented by the Delaware Office of Highway Safety is scheduled for 3:06 p.m.

The weekend features the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East race on Friday, Sept. 30, the “Drive Sober 200” presented by the Delaware Office of Highway Safety NASCAR XFINITY Series race on Saturday, Oct. 1 and the “Citizen Soldier 400” NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race on Sunday, Oct. 2.

For our RV lot customers, be aware that shuttle service has been halted due to the muddy conditions. As road conditions improve throughout the grounds, the service may be restored.

The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series’ first practice session has begun. It is scheduled to end at 11:27 a.m.

UPDATED: FRIDAY, SEPT. 30; 10:03 a.m.

The NASCAR K&N Pro Series East race lineup will be set by the rulebook. The qualifying session scheduled for 12:35 p.m. will now be a practice session.

UPDATED: FRIDAY, SEPT. 30; 8:08 a.m.

Due to inclement weather, the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East Series’ first practice has been canceled.

UPDATED: THURSDAY, SEPT. 29; 2:40 p.m.

Due to inclement weather, the NASCAR Hauler Parade scheduled for downtown Dover on Thursday has been canceled.
