DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Aug. 20, 2013) – The NASCAR K&N Pro Series West visits Spokane County Raceway in Airway Heights, Wash., on Saturday, Aug. 24. Below is a statistical look at the recent performance of the series and selected drivers at Spokane, as well as some other statistical trends:

Spokane Race Setup

  • The NASCAR K&N Pro Series West completes its swing through the Pacific Northwest this week with a return to Spokane County Raceway. It is one of three half-mile tracks on the series schedule this season – along with NAPA Speedway in Albuquerque, N.M., and Kern County Raceway Park in Bakersfield, Calif.
  •  Derek Thorn leads the championship standings by 23 points, which is the largest margin of the season for the points leader.

NASCAR K&N Pro Series West At Spokane

  • This race will be the third series visit to Spokane County Raceway. The series visited the track in 1979 and again in 2011.
  • Spokane County Raceway is a multipurpose motorsports facility. In addition to the half-mile oval, it features a drag strip and 2.5-mile road course.
