Most Popular Driver Voting Begins Online
Fans Can Vote For Favorite Drivers In All Touring SeriesDAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – For the fifth consecutive year, fans can vote online for the Most Popular Driver of the Year Award in each of NASCAR’s touring series.
The balloting is hosted on www.nascarhometracks.com for each of NASCAR's touring series – the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East (Twitter hashtag: #KNeast) and West (#KNWest), NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour (#NWMT), NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour (#NWSMT), NASCAR Canadian Tire Series presented by Mobil 1 (#NCATS), NASCAR Toyota Series (#NTSMx) and Euro-Racecar Series (#EuroRC).
Fans may vote once per day and are encouraged to vote throughout the season. Voting continues for each series through Nov. 18.

Last year's winners were Chase Elliott (NASCAR K&N Pro Series East), Moses Smith (NASCAR K&N Pro Series West), Justin Bonsignore (NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour), Jason Myers (NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour), Jason White (NASCAR Canadian Tire Series) and Jorge Arteaga (NASCAR Toyota Series). The 2012 season is Euro-Racecar’s first under the NASCAR banner.
The winners will be honored at the NASCAR Night of Champions Awards on Saturday, Dec. 8 at the Charlotte Convention Center's Crown Ballroom inside the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
