DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Sept. 23, 2013) – The NASCAR K&N Pro Series West visits NAPA Speedway near Albuquerque, N.M., on Saturday, Sept. 28.

  • Derek Thorn, who won the inaugural series visit to NAPA Speedway last year, holds a 19-point lead in the championship standings – with four races remaining.
  • Greg Pursley, the 2011 series champion, has moved up a spot to third in the standings. He has one win and two second-place finishes in the past three races.

NASCAR K&N Pro Series West At Albuquerque

  • This race will mark just the second series visit to NAPA Speedway. The series made its inaugural visit to the track a year ago.
  • The track, formerly known as Sandia Motor Speedway, is a multipurpose motorsports facility located west of Albuquerque off of Interstate 40.
