Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series regular Brad Keselowski, driving the No. 22 SKF Ford Mustang, won the Pocono Green 250, his thirty-fifth (35th) victory in two hundred and fourty-five (245) NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) races. This is his first victory and fifth top-ten NXS finish in 2017.

Justin Allgaier (second) posted his first top-10 finish in two races at Pocono Raceway. The runner-up effort was enough for Allgaier to take over the NASCAR Xfinity Series point standings lead by one marker over teammate Elliott Sadler (who finished fourth). With twelve races complete in 2017, Allgaier now has four top-five and six top-10 finishes, and has led a total of two hundred and eighty-six (286) laps.
