The probability of a rainy race day prompted #NASCAR officials to move the scheduled start time of today's 'Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500' at Atlanta Motor Speedway from 2 p.m.  to 1 p.m. Eastern.  However, by the look of the current Twitterverse - that move might not prove sufficient.
