  • Truex Scores Kaulig Racing’s First Back-to-Back Top-10 Finish with Ninth at Atlanta Start: 15th
  • Stage one: 12th
  • Stage 2: 11th
  • Finish: 9th
  •
  • Driver standings: 4th (63 points)

This race marks the first time Kaulig Racing has finished in the top-10 consecutively.

Driver Ryan Truex: “We had a really good car…it was typical Atlanta. We just had to keep the tires under it. Chris Rice and this whole Bar Harbor Sea Watch team gave me a great car and he made all the right calls and it was good to have Matt (Kaulig) up on the box. We’re going to run good at Vegas.”

Matt Kaulig, Owner: “Two top-10s…that’s hard to do, that’s really hard to do…and that’s outstanding. (Ryan) did a killer job today and it was awesome. Ryan’s for real. It was a great job today by everyone at Kaulig Racing.”
