The Brickyard isn’t just another stop on the NASCAR Sprint Cup schedule. Points racing and Chase berths take a backseat for the weekend as drivers chase one of the series’ biggest titles and the chance to “Kiss the Bricks,” an IMS tradition across all races that started with champion Dale Jarrett at the 1996 Brickyard 400.
